The Knife Gate Valve Series 768 is an engineered solution for challenging slurry handling applications. Its compact wafer face-to-face design makes it an efficient, space-saving option for various slurry processes, featuring Bray SlurryShield Technology. This valve can replace traditional knife gate valves directly, offering enhanced performance.
The design incorporates twin elastomer sleeves and a self-cleaning gate. Built to withstand 1.1 times the valve’s pressure rating, the gate ensures reliable operation under high-pressure conditions. By utilizing higher-yield materials such as Duplex 2205 or 17-4PH stainless steel, the valve can achieve even higher pressure ratings. The elastomer sleeves can be replaced on-site, minimizing downtime and extending the valve's service life.
Certified with CRN and PED Category I Module A for Group 2 liquids, this valve meets industry standards and regulatory requirements.
