TheWivo Series 256/240 full-port, three-piece, quarter-turn ball valve is designed to offer all the advantages of a three-piece valve at a cost-effective price. This includes a robust internal-entry, blowout-proof stem and adjustable, live-load packing that ensures zero leakage, reduced torque, and a longer service life.
These valves are available in both investment-cast CF8M (316L) Stainless Steel and WCB Carbon Steel. TheSeries 256/240 valves feature a swing-out center section, allowing for easy maintenance in-line. All body castings are marked with a foundry heat number to guarantee full traceability, providing confidence in quality and performance.
For manual operation, these valves come equipped with stainless steel safety trigger-lock handles and travel stops that restrict handle movement to 90°. The integrated ISO 5211 mounting pad ensures precise alignment and easy installation of actuators, gear operators, and other actuation and control components.
